Secure fixed side (part 4) to the

cot ends (part 1) using the bolts

(part A) and nuts (part D) as in

(fig. 1 & 2)

This is done by removal of one of the big

cot end and two sides replacing it with the

small end provided .ensure the base is

now changed to the lower position base

holes (fig 6)

Stage 1 fixed side to ends

Cot bed conversions

CONFORMS TO BSEN 716-2008/BS8509-2008

Place the mattress base (part 3)

in position (slats up Fig. 3).

Using the bolts (part A) and

small barrel nuts, (part C),

secure to end. (See fig 7)

Fix the bottom rail supports

(part H) securely to the end

using the bolts (part B) as shown

on fig 4.

Holding the drop side rail, push

the rod(part 5) through the top

rail into bottom rail and into the

bottom bracket(part H) Fix the

top rail support (part G) and

gravity catches (part F)
