6.2.4 User login/logout
Login: If no user has the automatic login attribute, the user must log in with
a user name and password
Screen Meaning
Enter the user name and the
corresponding password in the
User Login dialogue. Confirm the
entries by pressing the OK button.
If a user has the automatic login attribute, then this user is automatically
logged in every time the device is started or after switching modes
between the touch screen and Web browser.
Logout: After finishing work on the device, the user logs out to ensure that
no other user can tamper with the device under a wrong user name.
Screen Meaning
A user logs out via the User Logout
menu item by pressing the OK button
on the machine.
6.2.5 Date and time
The date and the time are used as a time stamp for logs. The setting on the
touch screen differs from that on the Web browser.
Screen Meaning
Date:
The day, month and year can be
adjusted using the arrow button.
Pressing the number once increases it
by one count. Holding down arrow
button increases the number by 5
counts until the button is released.
Time:
The hour, minute and second can be
adjusted using the arrow button.
Pressing the number once increases it
by one count. Holding down arrow
button increases the number by
5 counts until the button is released.
