SYSTEM CLEAR
FUNCTION
Clears the specific system contents.
FORMAT
<ESC>*a
a = Item to be cleared
None: 1 item reception buffer, edit buffer (cannot reprint)
T: Foreign character register area
&: Form overlay
X: All clear
Place anywhere between <ESC>A and <ESC>Z.
EXAMPLE
<ESC>A
<ESC>*T
<ESC>Z
OUTPUT
This command does not result in printer output.
NOTES
All data sent prior to <ESC>*X will be cleared, but end data will not be cleared during printing.
If this comand is used, send the next data after 100 milliseconds has transpired.
Print motion will not stop if it is specified during print motion.
If just * is set, all jobs will be cleared.
