2.3 LOADING LABELS
Opening the top cover
The top cover, or platen, of the printer opens so that you can access the print heads or make some
adjustments.
WARNING
• Make sure that the cover rests firmly so that it will not fall forward and injure your hands.
1. On the top surface of the printer, press down on one or both of the semi-circular blue buttons to open the
top cover.

• We recommend that you set the printer for either the I-mark sensor or the gap sensor before you
load labels.
