Procedure 4
Draining Fluid from the Printer
WARNING: Refer to Ink Maintenance Flow Charts
on page 6-16 before performing ink
maintenance procedures.
Start
Use a container
to hold the pipe
with blue mark.
(Refer to picture
above)
Enter system
maintenance to
select “Auto
Drain”.
Reverse the
main filter.
(Ensure the
output
connector at the
downside).
Press “Enter”
for continues.
The printer will
be shutdown
automatically
about 4 minutes
later.
Put on and
tighten the ink
tank cap again.
Return to
Figure 6-10.

Repeat “Auto
Flushing”
procedure until
only a little fluid
left.
