CAUTION: If the updating cannot be executed, please check the red point marked with
“Un” below the “Write to Flash” (see the picture above). If the point is green, it indicates
that the PCU board is in the status of protecting from updating. In this case, please click
“Protect” in the right of “Un” to make the point become red then repeat Step 11.
13．Click “OK” and the button of “Disconnect” in the right of the program window to disconnect
with the printer. And shut down the printer.
If need to upgrade PAU, just move the jumper of the 2
nd
line into 2 and 3 needle when the
printer power off. As the picture shows at below;
Repeat the 5-13 procedure to upgrade PAU. Pay attention that must select correct upgrade
file. After upgrade the printer, turn off the printer power.
14．Put the jumper back to its original place. (The first line’s jumper must return to needle 2 and
3, the 2
nd
line’s jumper doesn’t matter where it locate at.)
