Shift Code
Caution : The shift code can be changed according to the time
or the print counter.
The procedures of “Insert Shift Code” as below:
1. Enter <Edit Message-3>, select <Shift Code>, it displays as
below:
2. There is a select box Illuminated at the “Parameter Setup Zone”.
Using <Direction Key> to move the select box to the position
needed.
3. Press down <Direction key > to increase another shift code, and
set up the corresponding parameters;
4. Press <Delete> to delete the shift code;
5. Select <Ok> to finish inserting shift code. And the newly set shift
code information will be displayed at the “Message Edit Zone”.
Caution : There are two modes of shift code: TIME and COUNT.
After changing the mode of shift code, the start and the end value will
be changed automatically.
Caution : There are eight bits English characters or Arabic
numbers at most could be use to name the code.
Caution : If wrong values are set, press <Cancel> to come
back to the old value, and then enter the new setting again.
CAUTION : If the inserted shift code required to be reset,
please move the cursor to the “shift code” block, and this block will
be showed in reverse video type in the “Message Edit Zone”, then
select <shift code>, set up the parameter of the shift code again and
the newly set shift code information will be displayed at the
“Message Edit Zone”.
