Flushing Viscosimeter
WARNING: Refer to Ink Maintenance Flow Charts
on page 6-16 before performing ink
maintenance procedures.
Start
Switch off the
power supply.
Select “Manual
Control” in
<System
Maintenance>.
Open PUMP,
AGITATION in turn.
Close AGITATION,
PUMP in turn afte
r
one minute later.
Use a container to
hold the pipe with
blue mark. (Refer to
Figure 6-12)
Open Pump,
Churn Valve in
turn; close
them until all
the ink flow out
from
viscometer.
Place ink tank
cap into a
beaker which
with 150 ml
make-up inside
(refer to Figure
6-25, Page
