Once the “Ink level low” warning has occurred, the printer can
still be working for one hour. If the warning is not cleared after
about one hour, the printer will shut down automatically.
Type Cause* Solution
The ink level in the ink tank is
level low.
Check the ink level from ink tank. If the ink
level low, please replenish more ink to the
level which no more than 2/3 of the tank.
The connection of the ink level
sensor is disconnected or ICU
board defective.
Check the connection of level sensor with ICU
board or replace the ICU board.
The ink expired.
Drain out the ink from the printer and refill
with fresh ink.
Warning
The ink is not produced by
Saturn.
Clean and refill the ink system with Saturn’s
fresh ink.

Once the “Make-up level low” warning has occurred, the printer
can still be working for about two hours. If the warning is not
cleared after about twenty hours, the printer will shut down
automatically.
Type Cause* Solution
The make-up fluid level in the
make-up tank is level low.
Check the make-up level from make-up tank. If
the make-up level is low, please replenish
more make-up fluids.
The connection of make-up level
sensor is disconnected or the
ICU board defective.
Check the connection of level sensor with ICU
board or replace the ICU board.
The make-up expired. Replace new make-up.
Warning
The make-up is not produced by
Saturn.
Replace new make-up fluid from Saturn.

Viscometer Fault
When the printer is working, if the ink float in the viscometer can
not rise up and fall down normally, the ‘Viscometer fault’ will be
displayed, and the printer could continue to work.
Type Cause* Solution
Out put of Viscometer, the
connectors of circulation system
leakage.
Check whether there is a leap occurs, and
replace the connector or tube when necessary.
Churn Filter is clogged
Clean or replace Churn filter.
Warning
Circulations pump not working.
Check the pump working status.
