Insert Message
When editing new message, it can insert the messages which already
have been saved at printer system.
The procedures of “Insert Message” as below:
1. Enter <Edit Message-3>, select <Insert Message>, it displays as
below:
2. All the saved messages will be displayed at the screen.
3. Use Up or Down <Direction key> to move the select box, and the
message content will be displayed at the “Message Edit Zone”.
4. Select <OK> to finish inserting message. And the message you
inserted will be displayed at the “Message Edit Zone”.
Caution
：Insert saved messages is unlimited.
Caution
：The message going to be inserted must not include
“insert item” like “clock”, “serial number”, “shift code” etc.
Caution
: If you know the name of the message you want to
select, enter the first character of the name and the select box will
automatically posit on the most closed messages, then use up and
down <Direction key > to move to the message needed.
