Message Store
Caution
: Saving message includes saving the contents of
message and saving the current print setup parameters (like “Print
Delay”, “Message Width” and “Message Height” etc.). Moreover,
selecting message also includes selecting the contents of the
message and the print setup parameters saved.
Select Message
If there are messages saved, use <Select Message> to call the
message from memory and print it directly. The procedures of “Select
Message” as below:
1. Enter <Message Store-1>, press <Select Message>, it displays as
below:
2. It displays all the saved messages in the “Parameter Setup Zone”
of the screen.
3. Use Up or Down <Direction key> to move the select box to the
message, and the message displays on the “Message Edit Zone”
of the screen.
4. Select <Ok> to confirm the message selecting, and print it
directly.
Caution
: If you know the name of the message you want to
select, enter the first character of the name and the select box will
automatically posit on the most closed messages, then use up and
down <Direction key > to move to the message needed.
Caution
: If the printer status is “Printer is enable to print”,
after you use the “select message” function the status of the printer
will change to “Printer is ready” automatically. And you must press
the “PRINT” key to make the printer status back to “Printer is ready”.
Now the printer can print the message you selected.
