b - If the rod is bent towards the
bottom, check that the wheels
R7 and R8 do not exercise
pressure and act on the
second-last wheels of the
internal vertical straightener R5
and R6.
CAUTION!
In the case of working with a double
rod, if noticing differences in
straightening, correct this by using
the last single wheels
(R5,R6,R7,R8) of each
straightener.
NOTE!
Before adjusting the pressure on
the penultimate wheel, check the
last wheel has no pressure on the
rod.
NOTE!
The final adjustments of the
straightener wheels must be
carried out gradually.
The wheel positions will be
maintained in the mechanical
memories of the drum, using a
series of different screws for each
rod diameter.

basso verificare, che le ruote
R7 e R8 non premano ed agire
sulle penultime ruote del
raddrizzatore verticale interno
R5 e R6.
AVVERTENZA !
Nel caso di lavorazione con doppio
tondino se si notano differenze di
raddrizzatura, correggere
utilizzando le ruote finali sdoppiate
(R5,R6,R7,R8) di ciascun
raddrizzatore.
NOTA !
Prima della regolazione di
pressione sulla penultima ruota,
verificare che l’ultima ruota non
abbia pressione sul tondino.
NOTA !
Le regolazioni finali sulle ruote dei
raddrizzatori devono essere
effettuate in maniera graduale
La posizione delle ruote verrà
mantenuta dalle memorie
meccaniche del tamburo
utilizzando, per ciascun diametro
del tondino, una serie di viti diversa.
