Gli interruttori generali dei quadri
elettrici (ed i rubinetti principali
dell’aria) abitualmente sono dotati
di manopola bloccabile in posizione
di chiusura per mezzo di un
lucchetto al fine di impedire rischi
di avviamento indesiderato da
parte di terzi. Al fine di essere certi
che a propria insaputa terzi
possano riattivare le fonti d’energia
creando situazioni di pericolo,
applicare lucchetti personali
durante gli interventi di
manutenzione. A tale scopo (per
essere certi che nessuno abbia
copia delle chiavi) i lucchetti
devono essere personali e quindi
a cura e carico dell’operatore a cui
viene affidata la macchina).
Verificare che, dopo aver isolato la
macchina dalle fonti di
alimentazione d’energia, non vi sia
energia residua immagazzinata.
In tal caso provvedere a scaricare
detta energia immagazzinata
prima di effettuare interventi per i
quali detto accumulo può costituire
fonte di pericolo.
Verificare in ogni caso con idonea
strumentazione l’assenza
d’alimentazione elettrica prima
d’intervenire sulla macchina.

ATTENZIONE !
Per la sostituzione e lo smaltimento
lubrificanti e prodotti chimici in
genere operare in conformità a
quanto previsto dalle norme
contenute nelle "Schede di
sicurezza" dei prodotti in uso.
The main switches of the electric
panels (and main air cocks) are
normally fitted with a knob that can
be locked in closed position by
means of a padlock in order to
prevent the risks of accidental
starting by third parties. In order to
be sure that unbeknownst to you
third parties reactivate the energy
sources creating dangerous
situations, apply personal padlocks
during the maintenance
operations. To this end (to be sure
that no one has a copy of the keys)
the padlocks must be personal
and kept by the operator entrusted
with the machine.
Check that, after isolating the
machine from the energy supply
sources, there is no residual stored
energy.
If this is the case, discharge this
stored energy before starting the
operations as this accumulation
may constitute a source of danger.
In any case check with suitable
instruments that there is no
electrical power before operating
on the machine.

WARNING!
For changing and disposal of
lubricants and chemicals in general
operate in conformity with the
provisions in the regulations
contained in the “Safety
information sheets” of the products
used.
