La manutenzione può essere di
natura meccanica ed elettrica:
AVVERTENZA !
Scopo della manutenzione
programmate e quello evitare di
raggiungere la rottura di alcuni
organi che rompendosi potrebbero
danneggiarne in maniera ben più
grave altri. Inoltre la manutenzione
programmata prevede una serie
di interventi, regolazioni e
sostituzioni ad intervalli regolari il
cui scopo e quello di assicurare il
funzionamento continuativo delle
macchine, evitando cosi fastidiose
interruzioni di lavoro che se si
manifestassero inaspettatamente
potrebbero creare molto più danno
per le attese dei ricambi che per il
loro valore. E quindi buona regola
effettuare le operazioni indicate
ed eventualmente aumentarne
anche la frequenza in relazione
alla gravosità di uso della
macchina.
AVVERTENZA !
Il coltello si considera rovinato
quando si ottiene un taglio sbavato
e/o il coltello stesso appare
deformato sul tagliente.(Tagliente
arrotondato)
ATTENZIONE !
Lavorare con un coltello dal
tagliente rovinato aumenta
notevolmente lo sforzo di taglio
che si scarica sul coltello fisso
portando quest'ultimo alla rottura
non immediata, ma ne abbrevia
sicuramente la durata, avvenendo
la rottura per fatica.

The purpose of scheduled
maintenance is to prevent
breakage of some devices which
would as a result cause much more
serious damage to other parts.
Furthermore, scheduled
maintenance provides for a series
of interventions, adjustments and
replacements at regular intervals
with the purpose of assuring
continuous functioning of the
machines. Thus annoying
interruptions of work are prevented,
which should they occur
unexpectedly, could cause much
more damage waiting for spare
parts than the parts themselves
are worth. It is therefore good
practice to carry out the operations
indicated and possibly even more
frequently depending on how
heavily the machine is used.
CAUTION !
The blade is to be considered worn
when a burred cut is obtained and/
or the blade itself appears
deformed on the cutting edge
(rounded).
WARNING!
Working with a blade with a ruined
cutting edge significantly
increases the force applied to the
fixed blade. This does not cause it
to break immediately but it surely
shortens its life, and invites
breakage through fatigue.
