Slightly tap to
lock into place.
Attach
other
pedal.
Close fork (j)
latch around
pedal axle (h).
Do not
overtighten.
Repeat for other side of fork.
Feed top of fork (j)
through chassis (g) into
the handlebars (b).

Use protective
endcap tool (n)
to hold the
bottom cap (e)
in place while
hammering.

Gently hammer
drive inserts (c)
into front wheel (a).
Repeat for other side of front wheel.

Do not
overtighten.
Fit drive inserts
(c) to slats on
pedal axle (h).

Be sure flat
end of nut
(s) is facing
handlebars.
Insert pedal axle (h) into front wheel (a).
Do not attach pedal (l) to this end yet
as it won’t fit through the wheel.
