custody. This specific product line has been developed to offer you the best

SCOTT Sports SA shall not accept any complaints arising from using the prod

uct for other purposes than that indicated in the present information notice,
nor shall they be liable for any damages and / or losses due to improper use.
II LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
This SCOTT product is considered to be an item of Personal Protective Equip-
ment (PPE) of Category I and as such is subject to the requirements laid down
by the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 as brought
into UK law and amended.
RELEVANT HARMONIZED STANDARDS
This product meets the testing
and technical requirements set out by the standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013.
III INTENDED USE AND LIMITATIONS

sunglasses and their accessories are not designed to withstand impacts from
hard or sharp objects. They are personal protective equipment designed to
guarantee protection from harmful UV rays.
B MISUSES
These SCOTT sunglasses are not suitable for protection against
direct observation of the sun, nor artificial light sources e.g. solaria. This prod

uct is not a toy .
