The lter system consists of a at mesh lter and a cylindrical
lter in two parts, coarse and ne.
1. Flat mesh lter: Food particles will be initially washed onto
the steel mesh lter before entering the plastic cylindrical
lter.
2. Coarse cylindrical lter: Larger items like bone fragments
will be captured in the coarse lter before they reach the
pump.
3. Micro cylindrical lter: This lter holds the smaller food
particles in the sump during the wash cycle.
4. Lugs.
Cleaning The Filters
IMPORTANT: IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE FILTERS ARE CLEANED
WEEKLY TO ENSURE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE.
To remove the lters for cleaning, rst remove the bottom basket and turn the lower spray arm so that is
parallel with the front of the appliance. Then twist the top of the cylindrical lter (2) anti-clockwise 45° and lift
the whole assembly out.

Squeeze the two lugs (4) on the top of the coarse lter (2) and lift it out of the micro lter (3). The at mesh
lter can now be removed by sliding it forward underneath the spray arm.
Remove any large food debris from the lters and wash carefully with a brush in warm soapy water.
Be careful not to damage the micro lter.
To reassemble the lters, repeat the above steps in reverse order ensuring that the two lugs of the coarse
lter are correctly seated inside the micro lter. Finally, rotate the lter assembly inside the sump housing
until you can feel it drop slightly and then turn it through 45° clockwise to lock it into place.
WARNING: NEVER USE THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT THE FILTERS IN
PLACE. ENSURE THAT THE FLAT AND CYLINDRICAL FILTERS ARE
CORRECTLY LOCKED IN PLACE BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE!
Cleaning the Spray Arms
Check the spray arms weekly to ensure that all the jets are clear and not blocked with limescale or food
particles. If it is necessary to clean the spray arms, they can be removed as follows:
