To lengthen
belt hold the tongue at right
angles to belt and pull belt through to the
required length– see illustrations.
The belt is easier to adjust if tongue and
cap are pressed together.
To shorten
belt it is only necessary to
pull the free end of belt.
The surplus belt length is taken up by
moving the plastic slide.
