Activation
•
Turn the ignition to the off position
•
Turn the key lock switch to the “
ON
”
position using the ignition key.
•
Ensure that when the ignition is
switched on, the “
AIR BBAG OOFF
” warning
light does not come on.
“AIR BBAG OOFF” wwarning llight
(Air BBag ddeactivated)
This warning light will light when the igni-
tion is turned on as long as the passenger
Air Bags are deactivated.
The wwarning llight wwill fflash iin ccase oof
any aanomaly iin tthe AAir BBag. IIn tthis
case aa TTechnical SService mmust bbe vvis-
ited.

If tthe ““AIR BBAG OOFF” wwarning llight
flashes:

There iis nno gguarantee tthat tthe
passenger AAir BBags wwill bbe ttrig-
gered iin tthe eevent oof aan aaccident.
