16-3 FUSE REPLACEMENT
The work must only be carried out by personnel with electrical appliance
knowledge. Shocks and other serious accidents may result if the work is carried
out by unqualified individuals.
Before performing work, be sure to turn the power off and unplug the electrical
cord from the outlet. Performing the work without turning the power off can
cause an electric shock or short circuit.
After eliminating the cause of a blown fuse, replace the fuse. Depending on
the cause of the fuse blow, continued use with the blown fuse may cause the
generation of heat and present a risk of fire.
Be sure to use fuses of the specified rating. Using fuses exceeding the specified
rating may cause fire or electric shock.
