This document describes the Sencor SBG 6031SS Intelligent Contact Grill, a versatile kitchen appliance designed for household use.
Function Description:
The Sencor SBG 6031SS is an intelligent contact grill primarily used for grilling various types of food. It features both automatic and manual grilling modes, allowing for precise control over the cooking process. The grill is equipped with removable grill plates that have a special non-stick surface coating, enabling healthier cooking with minimal fat or oil. The top grill plate offers three operating positions: tilted down, tilted open vertically, or flush with the bottom grill plate, providing flexibility for different grilling needs and doubling the grilling area when fully open. The appliance includes a control panel with LED indicators for preheating, grill-ready status, and food doneness levels (Rare, Medium, Well Done). It also features a removable drip tray to collect excess fat and juices, contributing to easier cleaning. The grill is designed to automatically detect food thickness in automatic mode (except for "FROZEN FOOD") and adjust grilling time and temperature accordingly. It provides audible and visual signals for different cooking stages and doneness levels.
