If the anti-lock braking system (ABS) or the
vehicle electronic stability program (ESC) is
activated, the system will not change the light
assignment request.
If the left or right turn signal is activated, the light
change will be suppressed.
If the lateral acceleration of the vehicle is too high (>
3m / s²), the light conversion will be suppressed.
If the vehicle yaw rate is too high (> 0.19 rad / s),
the light change will be suppressed.
If the vehicle speed is less than 20km/h, the light
change will be suppressed.
If the ambient brightness is high (but not the level
requested by the low beam), the light change will be
affected.
Due to unavoidable environmental factors and
conditions, the following situations may require manual
switching of high beam and low beam:
Driving in heavy fog or heavy rain.
Driving in snowy weather or on muddy roads.
Drive in bright moonlight.
Drive in freezing rain.
Drive on dimly lit streets.
When the front fog lights of an oncoming vehicle
are on.
There are pedestrians on the driving road or
adjacent roads.
There is a reflector near the road.
The lights of oncoming vehicles are blocked by
fences, bushes, etc.
There are vehicles driving on other roads.
Drive on the top of a mountain or a pothole on the
road.
Drive on sharp turns
