The fault may occur due to power failure and other reasons,
and the charging will automatically resume when the power
is restored.
If this prompt still appears after the power is restored and
repeated attempts to recharge, please contact Chongqing
Jinkang New Energy Service Center immediately.
When charging, especially when charging with high
current, the compressor and cooling fan work as needed to
ensure that the battery is within the normal temperature
range. Therefore, it is normal to hear sound during charging.
