heating elements and heat up the grill
compartment without the pan.
∙ If you wish to use the lower heating
element in addition to the upper element,
a light coat of suitable fat or oil specifi cally
intended for deep-frying should be applied
to the surface of the pan.
∙ Place the food to be fried into the pan.
To prevent the oil or fat from spilling,
make sure that it is not overfi lled. The
approximate grilling/cooking times can be
found in the table below. Insert the handle
into the pan.
∙ Place the pan into the grill compartment.
During cooking, the handle must be
removed from the pan.
∙ Always place the hot pan onto a heat-
resistant surface.
∙ To prevent damage to the non-stick
coating of the pan, we recommend the
use of wooden cutlery when stirring,
turning or lifting out the food.
∙ Always switch off the grill after cooking is
completed.
