Cinnamon Wafes
Ingredients:
125 g (4 ½ oz) margarine or butter, 3 eggs,
50 g (1 ¾ oz) sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar,
250 g (9 oz) our, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp.
baking powder, 125 ml (4 ½  oz) lukewarm
water, sugar and cinnamon for icing
Preparation:
Whisk the fat, sugar and vanilla sugar; add
the eggs one after another. Gently fold in
the our sifted with baking powder and
the lukewarm water, and nally add the
cinnamon.
Bake the dough immediately.
Sprinkle the baked wafes with sugar and
cinnamon. Serve warm.
