7.1 Startup instructions
WARNING
Risk of crushing due to missing or defective protective covers.
Severe or fatal injuries.
• Install the protective covers of the plant according to the instructions, see the op-
erating instructions of the gear unit.
• Never start the device if the protective covers are not installed.
WARNING
Electric shock from capacitors that have not been fully discharged.
Severe or fatal injuries.
• Disconnect the inverter from the power. Observe the minimum switch-off time
after disconnection from the supply system:
– 1 minute
WARNING
Danger of burns due to hot surfaces of the device (e.g. the heat sink).
Serious injuries.
• Do not touch the device until it has cooled down sufficiently.
WARNING
Device malfunction due to incorrect device setting.
Severe or fatal injuries.
• The installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
• Only use settings that are suitable for operation.
NOTICE
Danger due to arcing.
Damage to electrical components.
• Do not unplug the power connectors (e.g. hybrid cables) during operation. Do not
plug in the power connectors during operation.
• Never remove the MOVIMOT
®
inverter during operation.
INFORMATION
• Remove the paint protection cap from the status LED before startup. Remove the
paint protection film from the nameplates before startup.
• Observe a minimum switch-off time of 2 seconds for the line contactor.
