Basic safety precautions to observe when using the cordless floor and carpet cleaner.
Insert the smaller end of the lower handle into the top of the unit and push firmly.
Slide upper and lower poles into the Shark® Backsaver™ joint until they click.
Insert the assembled Shark® Backsaver™ folding handle into the lower handle until it locks.
Always make sure the unit is turned off before connecting the charger.
Plug charger into unit and wall outlet; indicator light confirms charging.
Charge for 24 hours initially and 16 hours for subsequent recharges.
