3) The hexadecimal number (A through F) can not be entered in the
following cases:
i) When the or lEXPjkey is entered beforehand.
ii) When minus symbol is displayed.
Convertion of negative number:
Decimal -► Hexadecimal
The EL-506H uses "2's complement" in the internal calculation and
displays the results in 16's complements.
Ex. Key in: 1 O ^ Answer: FFFFFFFFFF
Except hexadecimal •«-> decimal conversion, calculation of hexadecimal
number can not be performed.
Please note that any number without A through F is regarded as decimal.
