The SHARP EL-6052 is a compact, portable electronic organizer designed for personal information management. It features a TN-LCD display, a rubber key system, and runs on a single CR2025 lithium battery.

Function Description

The EL-6052 offers a range of personal information management functions:

Telephone Mode: Allows for entering and recalling telephone entries, including name, address, E-mail address, and phone number.
Agenda Mode: Enables entering and recalling agenda entries with details such as month, day, hour, and minute, along with an agenda alarm.
Memo Mode: For entering and recalling memo entries.
Calculator Mode: Provides 10-digit arithmetic calculations, including percentage, square root, and memory calculations. It supports four basic arithmetic operations, constant calculation, power calculation, chain calculation, reciprocal calculation, percentage calculation, and add-on (discount) calculation.
Clock Mode: Displays year, month, date, day of the week, hour, minute, and AM/PM. It supports both 12-hour and 24-hour formats (switchable), and month-day/day-month date types (switchable). Additional clock functions include world clock, daylight saving time/summer time display, daily alarm, and hourly alarm.

Battery Replacement:
- Type: CR2025 Lithium battery.
- Battery Life: Approximately 2 years at an ambient temperature of 25°C (77°F), based on daily use of 30 minutes display, alarm sounding for 20 seconds, and key touch tone turned on/off 100 times.
- Procedure:
  1. Turn off the power.
  2. Loosen two screws and remove the battery holder cover on the back.
  3. Remove the exhausted battery by prying it out from the right holder with the corner of the holder cover.
  4. Install a new battery with the positive side (+) facing up into the right holder. The left holder should remain empty.
  5. Replace the holder cover and secure it with the screws.
  6. Turn the power on.
  7. If "RESET?" is displayed, press any key other than SHIFT ENTER to avoid clearing memory contents. Pressing SHIFT ENTER will clear all memory contents.
  8. Set the clock after battery replacement.
- Precautions:
  - Improper battery replacement may change or lose memory contents; users are advised to write down important information before replacement.
  - Insert the battery with the positive side (+) facing up.
  - Never throw the battery into a fire.
  - Keep the battery out of reach of children.
  - Do not use a metallic object to pry out the battery, as this may cause electrical shock and clear memory contents.
  - Complete the replacement within 1 minute to prevent memory loss.
  - Ensure the power is turned off before replacement.
  - Do not press any keys until the replacement procedure is completed.
- Warnings (Multilingual): The manual includes warnings in Danish, English, Finnish, French, and Swedish regarding the danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced, emphasizing the use of the same or equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer and proper disposal of used batteries.
