Investigate changes in amplitude with the SHIFT/CHANGE feature.
1. Press 2ndF SHIFT/CHANGE , touch B CHANGE, and double touch 5 Y=sin X.
2. Double touch the screen at Y = 3, above the box with the arrows. Notice the
new function Y = 3 sin X is displayed.
3. Press ENTER to place the new function in the list.
4. Double touch the screen at Y =

2, below the box with the arrows. Notice
the new function Y =

2 sin X is displayed.
5. Press ENTER to place the new function in the list.
6. Touch the top of the right side of the screen and the list of three functions
will be displayed.
7. The function Y = sin X is highlighted on the right side of the screen, and the
graph is darkened on the left side of the screen.
8. Press ▼ to move from one graph to the next. Observe and note the
changes in sin X when you change the amplitude.
