UPPER/LOWER LATCH SWITCHES, MONITOR SWITCH
AND STOP SWITCH REMOVAL
1. Disconnect oven from power supply and remove
1. Re-install each switch in its place. Refer to Figure
outer case.

2. Discharge high voltage capacitor.
2. Re-connect the wire leads to each switch. Refer to

4. Remove two (2) screws holding the latch hook
from oven caity flange, and remove the latch hook.
5. To remove individual switch from the latch hook,
push outward one (1) retaining tabs holding switch
in place.

Secure individual latch hook with two (2) mounting
screws to oven cavity flange.
Make sure that the monitor switch is operating
properly.
Refer to chapter “Test Procedure”, and the Adjust-
ment procedure.

TURNTABLE MOTOR REMOVAL
Disconnect oven from power supply.
Remove turntable motor cover by removing two (2)
screws.
Disconnect wire lead from turntable motor and re-
move two (2) screws holding turntable motor.
Turntable motor is free now.
NOTE: This scrwu must be used the
specified 1cruw
(XFPSD40PlOOOO) as listed
on Parts Liet.

TURNTABLE COUPLING REMOVAL
Remove turntable motor, refer to “Turntable Motor
Removal”.
Remove seal ring (O-ring).
At this time turntable coupling will be free.

The complete control panel should be remove for re-
placement of the component.To remove control
panel proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect oven from power supply and remove
outer case.
3. Disconnect wire reads from control panel compo-
nents.
2. Discharge high voltage capacitor.

6. Now, individual components can be removed.
4. Remove one (1) screw holding the control panel
frame to oven cavity.
5. Left up the control panel assembly and pull it for-
