After the tube arm has been locked, the system automatically selects the normal
travel mode, and the maximum travel speed of the system becomes
approximately 5 km/h.
CAUTION
When moving the X-ray tube assembly, be careful that the front of the
collimator does not hit the switches on the panel or the panel itself.
CAUTION
Do not place your hand on the cover on the column.
In the up and down movements of the tube arm, parts are moving and
you may get injured.
NOTE
When the alarm is locked and the hand switch is pressed, the mAs indicator
will show codes F64 and F65. Release the hand switch.
4.5.2 Positioning the X-ray Tube Assembly
The rotated and tilted position of the X-ray tube assembly is held by frictional
force. (No switch operations are needed when changing the tilt of the X-ray tube
assembly.)
When positioning the X-ray tube assembly, use the angle scale shown in Fig.
4-11 as a guide for rotating the unit around the tube arm axis.
Use the angle scale shown in Fig. 4-12 as a guide for rotating the unit around the
tube axis. The knob on the right side is available for fixing / releasing.
When turning the X-ray tube assembly, use the click stops provided every 90
degrees as a guide.
