If your Shinhoo Water Pump motor won't start, several factors could be at play. First, check the equipment fuse and replace it if burned. Ensure the circuit breaker for current or voltage control is properly connected. Also, verify that the power supply is within the specified voltage range, addressing both high and low voltage possibilities. If there's no water in the pump, open the valve to supply water. Check the rotor for blockages and clean it if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be due to internal failures such as a motor issue, PCB component failure, missing phase protection, or mismatched motor resistance parameters, requiring a return to the factory for maintenance.
