Competition Mode Indicator: When in competition mode, "Competition M"
will be displayed on certain navigation screens.
Note:
Whether the navigation can be used during actual play depends on the
tournament's local rules, so please check with the event organizer or
competition committee.
Automatic Golf Course Search
GPS Activation:
o GPS will be activated, and the search for the golf course will begin.
o Perform this operation in an open outdoor area for better GPS reception.
o GPS cannot be received inside the clubhouse; perform this operation near
the teeing ground.
Note:
If multiple golf courses are found near your current location, select the
appropriate course using the up and down buttons.
Manual Golf Course Search:
If the GPS signal is weak or the golf course cannot be found indoors, you can
search for the golf course manually. While searching for satellites, tap
"Manual Search" to switch to manual search.
If GPS is not received, the remaining distance will not be displayed.
Navigation Interruption:
o If the GPS signal cannot be acquired for 5 minutes after starting golf
navigation, the navigation will be automatically paused.
o If no further action is taken, the navigation will automatically end after 2
hours. To resume navigation, select "Resume Navigation" from the main
menu.
After the golf course search is complete, the golf navigation will start, and
the remaining distance to the green will be displayed.
Select 2 Green
For courses with two greens, the menu for selecting the green type to be
used will be displayed if the course information includes such details.
