3.1 GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Read all the instructions carefully before
starting the work with the machine; please
pay particular attention to sections marked
by the symbol
The automatic case former
F144/4-SX is provided with a
LOCKABLE EMERGENCY STOP
BUTTON fixed in the central part
of the protection on control side;
when this button is pressed, it
stops the machine at any point in
the working cycle.
Disconnect the machine from the
mains before any maintenance
operation.
Keep this manual in a handy place near the
machine: its information will help you to
maintain the machine in good and safe
working condition.
3.2 DEFINITION OF THE OPERATORS'
QUALIFICATIONS

Only persons who have the skills described in
the following page should be allowed to
work on the machine.
It is the responsibility of the user to appoint
the operators having the appropriate skill
level and the appropriate training for each
category of job.
