- Decrease the pressure (for light card board
boxes) if the box support lever resists too much,
damaging the box when it is pushed among
the driving belts.
- Increase the pressure (for strong card board
boxes) if the box support lever does not
succeed in pushing the box against the
pushing carriage, causing the box to fall and
the machine to stop.
OPERATION IN MANUAL CYCLE
- Move the MAN/AUTO CYCLE selector in the
MAN position;
- Press the VACUUM PUMP button;
- Press the START button;
- The machine will carry out a complete cycle
and the formation of a box;
- Make sure that all the operations of formation
and taping of the box take place in the
appropriate way and that it is therefore not
necessary to carry out any other adjustment.
11.9 CYLINDERS ADJUSTMENT
The box former is generally equipped with the
speed of the single cyclinders adjusted in the
most appropriate way.
In case it is necessary to change the speed of
the cylinders (for light card board boxes,
decrease the speed; for strong card board
boxes, increase the speed), remove the door of
the metallic box under the switch board and do
the following:
- Diminuire la pressione (per cartoni leggeri)
qualora la leva sostegno-scatola ponga
troppa resistenza, danneggiando la
scatola, al momento in cui questa viene
spinta tra le cinghie di trascinamento.
- Aumentare la pressione (per cartoni
robusti) qualora la leva sostegno-scatola
non arrivi a spingere la scatola contro il
carrello spintore, causando la caduta
della stessa e l’arresto della macchina.
LAVORO IN CICLO MANUALE
- Portare il selettore CICLO MAN/AUTO in
posizione MANUALE;
- Premere il pulsante POMPA VUOTO;
- Premere il pulsante MARCIA;
- La macchina effettuerà un ciclo
completo e quindi la formazione di una
scatola.
- Controllare che tutte le operazioni di
formazione e nastratura della scatola si
svolgano in modo ottimale e quindi non
sia necessaria nessuna ulteriore
regolazione.
REGOLAZIONE CILINDRI
Il formatore viene normalmente fornito con
le velocità dei singoli cilindri regolate in
modo ottimale.
Qualora si rendesse necessario modificare
la velocità dei cilindri (per cartoni leggeri,
ridurre la velocità; per cartoni robusti,
aumentare la velocità), rimuovere lo
sportello della scatola metallica sotto il
quadro elettrico ed agire nel seguente
modo:
