11.9.3 ADJUSTMENT OF THE SPEED OF THE
OPENING/CLOSING OF THE SIDE LAPS
CLOSING DEVICES
Adjust the speed of the cylinders according
to the thickness of the cardboard (if the
cardboard is strong - eg. two-three
corrugations card board - increase the speed
of the cylinders).
1) Loosen lock nut 1;
2) Turn knob 2 clock-wise to decrease the
closing speed; counter clock-wise to
increase the speed;
3) Lock nut 1;
4) Loosen nut 3;
5) Turn knob 4 clock-wise to decrease the
opening speed; counter clock-wise to
increase it;
6) Lock nut 3.
REGOLAZIONE VELOCITÀ CHIUSURA
/APERTURA CHIUDIFALDE LATERALI
Regolare la velocità dei cilindri in base alla
consistenza del cartone (se il cartone è
robusto - es. cartone a doppia o tripla
onda - aumentare la velocità dei cilindri).
1) Allentare il dado di blocco 1;
2) Girare il pomolo 2 in senso orario per
ridurre la velocità di chiusura; in senso
antiorario per aumentare tale velocità;
3) Bloccare il dado 1;
4) Allentare il dado 3;
5) Girare il pomolo 4 in senso orario per
ridurre la velocità di apertura; in senso
antiorario per aumentare tale velocità;
6) Bloccare il dado 3.
