Adjust the headrest's vertical position by gripping it with both hands and fixing it at the desired height.
Adjust the headrest's tilt and forward/backward depth by rotating it up and down for comfort.
Operate the button on the lower side of the armpad to adjust the armrest height.
Grip the armpad and move it to adjust its angle or sliding position.
Adjust the height of the lumbar pad by moving the handles up and down.
Rotate the lever in the lumbar pad to change its depth inwards or outwards.
