4.2.1 Service cases - List view
Function description

Function Description Type
Opens an existing service case for processing. SELECTION
Type
Manually created service case. The service case
is created for the currently selected machine.
DISPLAY
Machine released from a foreign organization. DISPLAY
Date/Time Displays the date and time when the service case
was created.
DISPLAY
Machine ID Designation of the machine from which the
service case originates or for which it was
created.
DISPLAY
Name Name of the service case
Note:
If the service case was entered at the control or
the internet PC with the machine information, the
first 40 characters of the fault description input is
used as name.
When a service case is entered directly into the
organizational overview at this point, a specific
name can be assigned.
DISPLAY
Status Displays the processing status of a service case. DISPLAY
Service
engineer
Currently assigned technician for a service case
However, is not the creator of the fault help
request.

(filter)
Filters all service cases according to status:
"Find" button starts the filtering.
SELECTION
Machine
(filter)
Filters all service cases according to the machine
that is currently selected.
"Find" button starts the filtering.
SELECTION
Search text
(filter)
Filters all service cases according to a free text.
"Find" button starts the filtering.
Note:
The filter text is applied to the machine ID and the
service case name.
Technicians cannot be found in this way.
The filter is only effective if the limitations are
adhered to.
