Measurand, Pickup and Operate
In the protection stage, the differential-voltage value is converted to a p.u. value in relation to the capacitor-
bank reference voltage.
If the converted value exceeds the Threshold value, a
Pickup
indication is issued. If the threshold is
exceeded continuously during the operate delay, an
Operate
signal is issued.
