The seconds or minutes will be rounded up or down to the nearest value when the BI is energized. This
input is leading edge triggered.
When set to seconds the milliseconds will be reset to 0 and the time is adjusted to the nearest second.
When set to minutes the milliseconds and seconds will be reset to 0 and the time is adjusted to the
nearest minute.
