Combined grill and microwave
Notes
■ Use the wire rack and place the cookware on it.
■ Use a deep dish when roasting. This will help keep
the cooking compartment clean.
■ Use large shallow cookware for bakes and gratins.
Food takes longer to cook in narrow, deep
containers and browns more on top.
■ Check that your cookware fits in the cooking
compartment. It should not be too big.
■ Leave the meat to rest for another 5-10minutes
before carving it. This allows the meat juices to be
distributed evenly so that they do not run out when
the meat is carved.
■ Bakes and gratins should be left to cook in the
appliance for a further 5minutes after the appliance
has been switched off.
■ Always set the maximum cooking time. Check the
food after the shorter time specified.
