Protecting your phone
Accidents happen – which is why we offer
Orange Care. However, we do ask that
you take good care of your phone and
follow just a few basic steps to help protect
your phone:
■ Don’t leave your phone unattended in a
public place.
■ Don’t leave your phone in a vehicle.
If this can’t be avoided, please make
sure it’s locked in the boot or locked in
the glove compartment.
■ Never loan your phone to someone else.
How to claim:
■ Report the loss, theft or damage to
Orange as soon as possible.
