Red LED Green LED State Action
Off Off Board not receiving power / not plugged
in correctly.
Board is deactivated.
Check plug contact on board.
On Off Board is receiving power / board test in
progress.
Board is defective if state remains
unchanged (i.e. board test is
unsuccessful).
Replace board.
Loadware loading operation was not
successfully completed. Board is
defective.
Replace board.
Error was detected on board. Board is
deactivated (does not apply to
errors that were determined by loop tests)

Check whether board was
