3.4.12 V.24 cable
Introduction
The V.24 cable (C39195-Z7267-C13) allows, for example, Hicom Assistant E to be connected to
Hicom 150 E OfficePro.

An equivalent cable can be constructed by using the wiring information in Figure 3-69 and Table 3-44
if a preformed connecting cable is not available.
A shielded, 9-pin cable is to be used as a connection cable. The wires must be twisted and should have
a minimum diameter of 0.5 mm. The continuous shielding wire must be soldered to the connector or
socket housing at both ends of the cable. The length of the cable should not exceed 15 m
