If one or two extension cabinets are required in addition to the basic cabinet, the four metal
connecting plates will ensure that the protective earth conductor connections of these cabinets are
connected.
The various protective earthing options are displayed in Figure 4-7 and later.
Danger
An authorized service technician is to be commissioned to earth the system by using option
1b (Figure 4-8) or 2 (Figure 4-9) if you or your colleagues are not sufficiently qualified to
perform work on low-voltage networks (230 V AC).
