Maximum difference in length
between various cable types
Due to the time delay of the signals (cable delay) the length of the
cables from overlapping stations to the Hicom 150 E OfficePro
system in the radio area may only differ from one another slightly.
The maximum difference in the cable lengths (depending on cable
type used, see Table 12-5) is derived from the difference in the
signal delay, which must be
2 µs.
If the difference in delay times is too great (difference in cable
length), a length equalizer line loop must be connected to the
shorter connection line on the main distributor of the Hicom 150 E
OfficePro system.
