1. Configure boss/secretary function.
2. Call the boss telephone. The call is indicated on the secretary`s telephone.
3. Answer the call using the secretary telephone and put it through to the boss telephone by
pressing the programmed DSS key.

Definition
The language for display messages can be selected either system-wide or for individual extensions.
The following 19 languages can be set individually for the display on a terminal.
Danish, German, English, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese,
Russian, Sweden, Serbo-Croat, Slovenian, Spanish, Czech, Turkish, Hungarian
Default language setting
The basic language setting is carried out by means of country initialisation while the system is
booting (see Section 5.1.4 for Hicom 150 E OfficePro and Section 5.2.3 for Hicom 150 E
OfficeCom, OfficePoint, OfficeOne). By default the parameters valid for Germany have been
preset.
System-wide modification of language setting
It is only possible to access system administration by means of a code and the service menu in
the case of the first two stations with display found. Other stations do not provide access to
system administration. When the relevant language is selected in the service menu, all
extensions are set to the new language.
