Definition
The shuttle feature enables a user to switch between two parties, placing the extension that is not
connected on hold.
The shuttle feature can be used for internal and external calls.
The same rules used for enquiry also apply to the active call.
You cannot switch between calls from a conference.

DTMF Activating the shuttle feature deactivates DTMF mode.

Check the feature for error-free functioning as follows:
Step Action
1. Use the enquiry feature to set up a second call from a call in progress.
2. Then activate the shuttle feature (*2) to switch between the two parties.
7.1.4 Unscreened Transfer
Definition
You can connect an internal or external call to another internal extension and transfer it before waiting
for the called party to answer. The other extension can be in the same system or in a networked
system (CorNet-N or QSIG).
