Check the feature for error-free functioning as follows:
Step Action
1. Leave the group using the procedure.
2. Any calls for the UCD group are no longer signalled at this extension.
7.2.16 Wrap-up
Definition
This feature enables an agent to temporarily prevent calls from being assigned to his workstation. This
allows him to leave the UCD group. Calls to the UCD group will then skip this agent until he
deactivates this feature.
In addition, the agent can activate an automatic wrap-up time. In this case, the agent is automatically
removed from the UCD group for a certain period of time each time he processes a call.
